Goals....

Well, one of my main goals in the next year is to get to 140 pounds. Yup, uh huh, I got a ways to go. I started off at 287 pounds oh so many years ago and made it to 242 as of the birth of my youngest daughter who is now 18 months old. Back in December Hubby and I decided to get serious about fitness again and started working out. Daily. But, food sometimes derailed me. I made it down to 215 pounds and a size 14 from a size 18. So, currently I am at 215 pounds and I am going into overdrive to get down to 198 pounds as my first big goal. It would be the first time in over a decade that I am below 200 pounds. So, Monday was my restart day and I am giving up the yucky stuff again and drinking oodles of water. I go to the gym a minimum of five times per week, but hubby and I are working to up that to daily. Even if the workout is doing something else at home or going out to try somethinge new.

So, today I thought, yes, I'm gonna be below 215, I just know it. Ummm.....no. Cause ye olde scale went KAPUT! Seriously messing with my mojo. So, now I have to go tonight and see if I can get a new battery for the scale. How do I get into goddess scale if I can't see where I am at? So, I will update soon.
